What counts? A completed Site Visit counts once when it is processed into Draft Review. Reopening, editing, regenerating, adding evidence, exporting, or revisiting that same Site Visit does not count it again.
No setup fee or annual lock-in. Prices are per Business and include GST where applicable.
How does JobLok actually work?
Walk the site with JobLok open, record voice notes, photos and site details, then check the Draft Review it prepares. Once the work is right, you can add commercial inputs for a JobLok Quote or move the approved scope downstream.
Does JobLok price the job?
No. JobLok prepares editable material and labour inputs, but you stay responsible for quantities, rates, markup, GST and the final commercial decision.
Does JobLok replace Xero?
No. Xero remains your accounting system. When you choose the Quote path, JobLok can create a draft Xero quote from work you have reviewed.
What if JobLok gets something wrong?
Every Draft Review is editable and needs human approval. If an automated step is unavailable, your evidence still saves and the manual workflow remains available.
Can I use JobLok with poor site reception?
If the Site Visit capture page is already open, accepted photos, audio and notes are staged on that device and can be retried from Pending uploads when the connection returns. Signing in and opening records still require a connection; JobLok does not claim a complete offline account mode.
How is site and customer data handled?
Business records require sign-in, media is private and provider credentials stay on the server. The Privacy notice explains current providers, retention and deletion limits.
